Manufacturing Engineering Readiness Specialist (Edgewing)

Your Role As a Manufacturing Engineering Readiness Specialist, you'll be instrumental in transitioning engineering-led development programs into Manufacturing Engineering. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to:
Support the seamless transfer of work packages between Edgewing and Partner Companies.
Develop, maintain, and enhance the Manufacturing Assessment Tool, ensuring it meets program requirements.
Assist in engineering planning activities and contribute to program reviews.
Manage and assess Manufacturing Engineering outputs to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Core Duties Facilitate the transition of work from engineering-led development to Manufacturing Engineering.
Drive continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Assessment Tool and readiness assessment processes.
Monitor collaborative manufacturing efficiency and risk reduction programs.
Support engineering planning and management to ensure compliance and integration of ME outputs.

Essential Skills A degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within complex, regulated environments.
Functional knowledge of manufacturing readiness assessments and assessment tools.
Strong ability to identify technical risks and dependencies across organizational boundaries.
