The successful candidate will bridge the gap between design engineering and production, taking ownership of developing efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes and supporting the transition of products from prototype through to scalable production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take the lead across all aspects of manufacturing and production building, implementing and truly owning the processes from the ground up. Key ResponsibilitiesTake products from prototype through to repeatable productionCreate SOPs, work instructions and build
documentationDevelop jigs, fixtures, production tooling and quality checksImprove workshop layouts, manufacturing processes and build timesResolve production issues and drive continuous improvementSupport and train technicians on new processes and tooling Experience RequiredExperience in Manufacturing, Production, Process or NPI EngineeringBackground in low-volume, complex manufacturingExperience introducing products into productionKnowledge of DFMA, lean manufacturing and root-cause analysisExperience producing documentation and developing manufacturing toolingComfortable working hands-on with workshop technicians This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing processes and help bring technically advanced products into efficient, repeatable production.
