Managing Director- North West London Finance Shared Service Centre

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional and values-driven leader to join as Managing Director of the North West London (NWL) Trusts Local Finance Shared Services Centre (LFSSC)., The Managing Director will have responsibility for the operational management of the North West London (NWL) Trusts Local Finance Shared Service Centre (LFSSC) and ensuring effective implementation of both national and local strategies and the achievement of service objectives. The postholder will lead and work across the NWL Trusts to provide operational and strategic leadership.

As a key strategic member of the NWL Trusts finance senior leadership team, the postholder will exercise an influential leadership role to deliver a high quality and value adding finance function. They will be responsible for providing a comprehensive consistent finance transactional service across NWL and working with colleagues across the NWL NHS landscape, identify and support further improvement opportunities.

The NWL Trusts LFSSC is a new collaboration between the NWL Acute Provider Group (Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust, London North West Healthcare NHS Trust and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) and 3 non-acute Trusts (Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust, Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and West London NHS Trust) within the West and North London Integrated Care System. The LFSSC will have a staffing establishment of circa 60 WTE, an annual budget of circa £6 million and will provide transactional finance services to the 7 Trusts within the partnership using Oracle Fusion Cloud. Services to be provided include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Finance Systems, Treasury and some aspects of Financial Accounting services. The LFSSC will support circa. 2,200 budget holders across the 7 Trusts, and circa 650,000 invoice and credit notes processed annually., Our Trust is one of England's top-performing and safest trusts.
