Managing Director - Hounslow Integrator

What would it take to make Hounslow one of London's leading places for integrated health and care? We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director for the Hounslow Integrator to lead one of London's most ambitious place-based partnerships. Hosted by West London NHS Trust, this high-profile system leadership role offers the opportunity to bring partners together around a shared vision, strengthen neighbourhood-based care and deliver measurable improvements in population health. You will build on Hounslow's strong foundations for integration, working across organisational boundaries to tackle inequalities, improve outcomes and shape the future of health and care for local residents., As Managing Director, you will provide strategic leadership across Hounslow Place, bringing partners together to translate ambition into delivery. You will lead the next phase of neighbourhood health, strengthen Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, align organisations around shared priorities and ensure primary care is at the heart of local service delivery. Working closely with NHS providers, the London Borough of Hounslow, primary care, the voluntary sector and wider system partners, you will drive collaboration, improve outcomes, reduce inequalities and create collective accountability for delivery. You will be a visible and influential leader with the credibility to build trusted relationships across a complex health and care system.
