What You'll Bring: Significant experience and academic qualifications (Masters level preferred) in UX Research, Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, or a related field. Experience leading and developing UX teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Experience with user-centred design of complex, safety-critical products Significant experience of usability testing and a wide range of other user research methods, including observational/ contextual research, interviews, surveys, etc. Experience supporting regulatory submissions for medical devices, including formal usability testing and user risk analysis.
