Manager, Patient Recruitment

In this role, you will oversee patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities across our clinical research site network in EMEA region, ensuring studies achieve recruitment objectives and deliver an exceptional patient experience. You will work closely with site operations, project teams, investigators, sponsors, and recruitment colleagues to drive performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the EMEA region. What You Will Be Doing

• Lead patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities across the Accellacare site network in EMEA, ensuring studies achieve recruitment objectives and support successful delivery.
• Oversees patient recruitment strategies and deliveries for site-level studies, partnering with investigators, site operations, project management teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies.
• Oversee and manage digital direct-to-patient campaigns and strategies across ICON and Accellacare marketing ecosystems.
• Onboard and manage industry leading recruitment partners to support network enrolment deliverables within the EMEA region
• Support study start-up, feasibility, business development, bid defence, and sponsor-facing activities by providing patient recruitment expertise, enrollment forecasts, and operational insights.
• Monitor and communicate recruitment performance, enrolment metrics, operational deliverables, and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision making
• Lead call centre teams to contact eligible study participants for enrolling studies across the sites within the region
• Provide line management, leadership, coaching, and development support to Patient Recruitment staff, fostering accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment performance, patient engagement, and efficiencies across the site network.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Prior experience with Site Network level patient recruitment strongly preferred
• Significant experience in patient recruitment, patient engagement, enrollment management, or clinical research operations, preferably within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or clinical research site network.
• Strong understanding of patient recruitment strategies, enrollment forecasting, retention planning, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members while driving accountability and performance.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
