Manager, OneStream / Tagetik Solution Architect, Finance Transformation

You will be passionate about delivering an impact that matters to our clients by delivering solutions which provide the right information, at the right time to run their businesses. You will sell and deliver EPM transformation projects based on OneStream or Tagetik software that are tailor made, business led and technology enabled across geographic and organisational boundaries. You will drive business development, grow the Centre of Excellence, and liaise with software vendor and industry leaders. You will be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of OneStream or Tagetik solutions - from requirements and design to development, testing, training, implementation, and support
• Driving business development opportunities including scoping, drafting estimates, writing and delivering proposal presentations
• Playing a key role in developing the proposition, aligning it to Deloitte's Thought Leadership in Finance, and leading the team in creating sales and marketing assets, as well as training, recruiting, onboarding collaterals
• Facilitating the relationships between software vendor sales representatives and industry leaders to create opportunities and accelerate market expansion.
• Developing talent through mentoring, coaching and knowledge & experience sharing
• Managing and nurturing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

We're all about letting our leaders lead, so we'll give you the breathing space you need to do so., Extensive experience in end-to-end OneStream or Tagetik solutions delivery - from requirements and design to development, testing, and training through full cycle.
• Extensive knowledge of the OneStream or Tagetik platform, components and accelerators
• Demonstrated expertise in financial operations, encompassing experience with financial close procedures, consolidations, financial reporting (statutory and management), and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes: account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments.
• Experience with data integration across multiple systems and sources
Desirable:
• OneStream/Tagetik Certified Professional qualified
• Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
• Experience in other EPM solutions (e.g. Oracle FCCS, PBCS, Anaplan, Pigment)
• Experience across different sectors and industries
• Experience of delivering solution using offshore and/or near-shore teams
