Manager of Infrastructure, Security & Network Technologies

We are seeking a Manager of Infrastructure, Security & Network Technologies to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our critical technology services across the University. Reporting to the Director of IT and Information Systems, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving innovation and ensuring a secure, resilient and high-performing IT environment. In this role, you will lead specialist teams responsible for infrastructure, networks and security services, including data centre operations, Wi-Fi, firewalls, storage platforms, endpoint security and SOC services. You will champion Agile and ITIL best practices, manage major incidents, oversee budgets and supplier relationships, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional services that support teaching, learning and research., This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future direction of technology services within a forward-thinking university committed to innovation, inclusion and delivering an outstanding experience for students and staff. This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely and at our city centre campus, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
