Manager, Mid-Market Sales

We are looking for a Manager, Mid-Market Sales to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and forward-thinking business folks. As our Manager Mid-Market Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives in the NEMEA region responsible for continuing the growth of our Enterprise product. You will report directly to our Director, Commercial Sales. With this role you'll be part of scaling NEMEA in a fast growing sales org. You'll collaborate with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line. This is a full time role that will be held from our London office.What you'll do at Figma:

• Create and manage a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings
• Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growth
• Help craft and further develop sales processes and initiatives
• Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company
• Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals, Holding interviews in an accessible location
• Enabling closed captioning on video conferencing
• Ensuring all written communication be compatible with screen readers
• Changing the mode or format of interviews
To ensure the integrity of our hiring process and facilitate a more personal connection, we require all candidates keep their cameras on during video interviews. Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.


• 7+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) with 3+ years of management experience
• Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
• Fluency in German
• Excitement for growing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships
• Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales team. Outstanding coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills, Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
• Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
• Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
