Join our Tax Compliance team, a leader in technology-enabled compliance and integrated advisory services for a diverse range of prestigious clients. This role sits within our investment partnership compliance team, managing tax reporting for complex private equity and real estate funds. Ideal for candidates seeking to specialise in fund compliance within a supportive, growing environment that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. What your days will look like:
- Lead quality reviews for a portfolio of large and complex fund clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage team operations, including people, finances, technology, and marketing, while supporting smooth transitions of work into the compliance team.
- Provide tax technical guidance and contribute to technology development that enhances fund compliance processes, identifying consulting opportunities from compliance work.
- Partner with advisory teams to promote the compliance offering in the market and deliver integrated client solutions. This role is for you if:
- Experienced reviewer of private equity and/or real estate fund compliance in the following areas:
- Partnership computations and returns;
- Investor Reporting;
- Experience with general partner corporate tax returns
ATT, CTA, AAT or ACA qualified (or international equivalent) (preferred, although individuals with relevant experience will be considered); - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams;
- Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written.
