Full Job Description

  • Supporting our clients and their HR teams through the integration and separation process, advising across the full spectrum of people issues in an M&A environment
  • Providing guidance to clients through the M&A life cycle on areas such as talent strategy, organisation design, labour relations, employee engagement, culture and communications
  • Developing your consulting skills in strategic and critical thinking, programme and change management
  • Comprehensively supporting clients in solving complex business and operational issues
  • Managing aspects of the HR integration or separation project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client
  • Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development.
  • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution and enjoy the work they do
  • Connect to your skills and professional experience
  • Comfortable with working in a transaction environment with senior management and executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams
