Manager, Integration Platform Delivery

Carnival UK is in search of a Senior Manager, Integration Platform Delivery, who is crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of integration capabilities and connected products across DTO domains, ensuring teams deliver agreed business outcomes and measurable value.
• Translate business priorities into a clear integration delivery plan, balancing new capabilities with platform resilience and technical debt reduction.
• Lead and develop embedded, cross-functional product teams with the technical and delivery expertise needed to deliver at pace.
• Coordinate product and shared service teams, strategic vendors and partners, proactively managing dependencies and resolving cross-team issues.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home., To thrive as a Senior Manager, Integration Platform Delivery, we're looking for


• Significant experience leading the delivery of integration platforms and connected technology products within complex organisations.
• A proven track record of enabling business outcomes through cross-functional teams, modern delivery practices and successful enterprise systems integration.
• Strong integration and platform expertise, combining technical credibility with structured delivery management and commercial awareness.
• A degree-level qualification in Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
