  • Have extensive experience in business analysis, implementation, delivery, or consulting experience in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on data or AI.
  • Lead and develop large teams, supporting in the delivery of large-scale data programmes within the Capital Markets sector, with a record of high performance and success in your role delivering change and transformation for the client.
  • Demonstrate experience across the Financial Services industry, with a primary focus on the Capital Markets sector.
  • Have strong communication, presentation, business writing and professional skills, including the ability to bridge both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Have experience in requirements gathering and solution shaping, including ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
  • Excel at building relationships and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to understand and articulate challenges to in implementing overall vision.
  • Demonstrate strong and specialised experience and understanding of new AI and data products, processes, and technologies, as well as modern data architecture principles and data management (e.g. data governance, data quality, data strategy).
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in key day-to-day applications such as Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.
  • Have experience in delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/SaFe, etc.) and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Planview etc.).
  • Show familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) and data tools (Databricks, Power BI, Python, Snowflake, Hadoop, SQL, etc.).
  • Demonstrate a bias for action, a problem-solving mindset, and an ability to operate independently.
  • Have experience in guiding and coaching junior talent through challenging situations and providing honest and constructive development points.
  • Preferably have experience working on or contributing to (consulting) bids, for example in responding to requests for proposals, and developing industry relationships.

As a Senior Manager, you will have a broad remit of responsibilities, which may flex depending on the expectation of the specific role you are fulfilling for your client. You'll lead multi-capability and often multi-geography teams, to deliver business critical outcomes with and for our clients. You'll apply your delivery know-how and technical understanding, along with understanding of the Capital Markets industry to support clients with their complex challenges, and will be responsible for the likes of:
