Experteer Overview In this role you will drive IT risk management and cyber compliance programs within Deloitte Technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess controls and identify remediation actions. You will oversee remote and onsite assessments, track 1LoD remediation progress, and share insights to reduce risk for the firm and clients. This position sits in a values-driven, collaborative environment that emphasizes growth, development, and a flexible hybrid work model. You will help shape risk management practices across the organization, contributing to measurable impact and secure technology delivery. Pay / Benefits

  • Plan and execute IT risk testing and assessment programs with SMEs Conduct control assessments and remote/onsite reviews Drive completion of assessment programs, identify control enhancements and remediation actions Share insights and best practices with Technology, Member Firms, and Global Lines of Business Monitor 1LoD remediation progress and propose corrective actions in remediation plans Tasks Proven experience within an IT risk-related role Good working knowledge of IT Service Management lifecycle and IT controls Ability to work independently and proactively Strong management, technical and remote collaboration skills with staff at all levels Ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix-organization environment Key requirements hybrid working policy development opportunities wellbeing focus
