Are you an experienced manager, passionate about creating positive change, adaptable, determined to make your mark and help us to achieve our ambitious plans? If you've got experience of working collaboratively, inspiring teams, helping them to develop, and high aspirations for the lives of people with a learning disability, we'd love to hear from you., We're looking for an experienced Manager who has the commitment and skills to inspire and manage our team at Gainsborough, as well as be a key part of our wider management team contributing to a range of other projects across the County. Adapting and responding to the needs, wants, and wishes of the people we support, you'll play a key role in delivering our ambitious development plans. Tell us about how your experience, skills and abilities can help us make our plans a reality. We're looking for someone with strong management and leadership skills, including:
- responsive decision making skills
- a track record in managing and developing staff
- great communication skills
- the drive to make changes and look for new ways of working
- a creative approach which inspires other
- a love of working with a range of people, organisations and colleagues
- Experience of working with or supporting people with disabilities., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Working collaboratively with a range of groups and organisations locally, you'll create new opportunities for connection and purpose which supports the local area. The people we support want the chance to try new things and meet new people, as well as keep developing new skills, do more volunteering, get work experience and help local people.
