Manager - Baytna Syrian Burgers - London

You will be responsible to lead on all stall operations and logistics. Including: 1- Supply food from business supplier and prep for markets. (making burgers patties, salad, sauces etc) 2- drive the business' Van for logistics and transporting equipment 3- manage and train the team. 4- ensure excellent knowledge of operations. (E.g. you can fill in for Order taking, cooking on grill, burger assembly etc) 5- lead the team by example, with respect and support. 6- Provide excellent customer Service 7- ensure health and safety compliance and cleanliness.

Being a manager for a street food stall means you need to be flexible and good at organisational skills and team management., You must have had at least 2-3 year experience in managing fast food stalls/cafes/ trucks. food safety and hygiene certificate desired L3 min L2. -Must have UK right to work -Must speak advanced English. -Must have full UK driving licence
