Management Accountant

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in producing accurate, timely management accounts and providing insightful analysis that drives strategic decision-making across the organisation. What you'll be doing Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with meaningful commentary Supporting the month-end close process and maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to deliver financial insight and challenge costs Contributing to process

improvement and finance transformation initiatives The successful Management Accountant will: Be qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) - QBE candidates with relevant experience also considered Have proven experience in a management accounts or similar finance role Have strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems Have excellent communication skills - able to present financial data clearly to non-finance audiences Have a proactive, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail What's on offer Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications Genuine career development within a stable, growing business Collaborative and supportive finance team culture Competitive benefits package including pension and holiday entitlement If you're ready to take the next step in your finance career, we'd love to hear from you.
