Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex's leading private hospitals. It is a 64-bedded hospital all with en suite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14-bed Day unit, and a high dependency unit.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mammographer to join our team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care & services. We will ensure your continuous development within this role and sponsor additional post-graduate and other learning courses.

The department performs a wide variety of general radiography including theatre work, ultrasound, mammography, and some fluoroscopic procedures.

What You Will Bring

• Professional UK registration with the HCPC


• Experience in general radiography with 2 years+ experience in Mammography


• Knowledge of radiation and patient safety


• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills


• To be flexible, adaptable, and able to demonstrate a patient-focused attitude to delivery of the highest standards of clinical care


• Diploma / BSc in diagnostic radiography, certification in Mammography

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong record of dependability, competency in Mammography, with the ability to deliver excellent patient care and customer experience to all.
