Who You'll Be Supporting
Join us at Jacobs Close home, where we support a young man in his 20s. We are very active team and enjoy most sports including badminton, football, basketball and even climbing. The person we support has autism, learning disability, ADHD and epilepsy, therefore you have to be confident, emotionally resilient and have strong personality.

This is more than a job - it's a chance to empower someone to live life boldly and independently. As part of a close-knit team, you'll help her live life on her own terms - independently, confidently, and joyfully.

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Previous experience in a care/support setting
A valid manual UK driving licence
