Full Job Description
About me F is a friendly male in his 40's with Autism and learning disabilities. He enjoys going for walks to the park, visiting local places and being around people. He can sometimes struggle with communication so he needs a calm and patient personal assistant who understands how to support individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
Hours and rate of pay Rate of Pay: To be discussed
Hours: 6 hours per week.
Location Highfields, Leicester, LE5
DBS/Checks Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed.
What you would be doing… Supporting F to access the community, including walks and local outings, attending appointments, food shopping and providing companionship.
You will also help with household tasks including cleaning and laundry.
The person I would like… A Male PA who is calm, patient, understanding and reliable. Someone who enjoys walks and knows how to communicate and support individuals with autism and learning disabilities. Driving is optional, no hoist required.
