Major Incident Manager | Galway | Up to €400 per Day


We are seeking an experienced Major Incident Manager to join a global technology operations team in Galway. This role requires a strong operational background, excellent communication skills, and solid networking/infrastructure knowledge. You will lead the resolution of high-impact IT incidents, coordinate technical teams, manage stakeholder communications, and drive service restoration within SLA targets.


Working Pattern



  • 4 x 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Irish Time)

  • Typically Saturday-Tuesday

  • Occasionally Thursday-Sunday based on business needs

  • Remote on weekends, hybrid during weekdays


Key Requirements



  • Previous Major Incident or Incident Management experience

  • Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and networking

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience working with global technical teams

  • ITIL experience preferred
