Major Incident Manager | Galway | Up to €400 per Day
We are seeking an experienced Major Incident Manager to join a global technology operations team in Galway. This role requires a strong operational background, excellent communication skills, and solid networking/infrastructure knowledge. You will lead the resolution of high-impact IT incidents, coordinate technical teams, manage stakeholder communications, and drive service restoration within SLA targets.
Working Pattern
- 4 x 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Irish Time)
- Typically Saturday-Tuesday
- Occasionally Thursday-Sunday based on business needs
- Remote on weekends, hybrid during weekdays
Key Requirements
- Previous Major Incident or Incident Management experience
- Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and networking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with global technical teams
- ITIL experience preferred
