must be comfortable travelling regularly between sites and managing your own workload.What You'll Be DoingDelivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasksDiagnosing and resolving reactive maintenance issuesCarrying out routine compliance inspections and statutory checksSupervising specialist contractors and service providersManaging permits, safe systems of work and contractor accessSupporting electrical, HVAC, water hygiene, fire safety and general building services activitiesMaintaining electronic compliance records and documentationBuilding strong working relationships with centre teams and stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForEssentialElectrically qualifiedFull UK driving licenceMulti-skilled engineering capabilityExperience delivering PPM and reactive maintenanceStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsExperience supervising contractors and subcontractorsComfortable working independently across multiple locationsExcellent communication and customer service
