Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
Diagnose faults accurately and carry out effective repairs.
Maintain detailed records of service and repairs performed.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle condition and service recommendations.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar automotive maintenance role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Valid UK driving licence.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially electric and hybrid vehicle systems.
