Full Job Description
G4S Facilities Management is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to direct our day-shift engineering team at a prestigious site in Cheltenham. You'll oversee site compliance, coordinate reactive and planned works, and mentor a team of skilled technicians-all supported by industry-leading allowances and training., Team Leadership: Direct, supervise, and mentor the day-shift maintenance team, managing daily workloads, performance, and development.
Operations & Compliance: Coordinate all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across the site to meet strict SLAs and statutory requirements.
Permits & Safety: Issue Permits to Work, conduct safety audits, and maintain high standards of Hard FM compliance.
Problem Solving: Act as the technical point of escalation for complex faults, working with clients and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.

High Earning Potential: Base salary from £46,246.23, plus up to £8,000 per year in extra allowances for Authorised Person (AP) duties.

Guaranteed Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 (no shift rotation-keep your evenings and weekends).
