Maintenance Supervisor Hard FM focusUniversity of Greenwich, Medway Campus, ME4 4TB40hours per weekMonday to Friday£46,000pa plus excellent benefits26 days annual leave excluding Public Holidaysan understanding of reviewing data, water management (Legionella, L8) essentialWe're currently looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Technical Services team based at the MedwayCampus, University of Greenwich.In this role, you'll be leading the on-site residential M&E team overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and playing a hands-on part in both planned and reactive maintenance.You'll be a key point of contact for ensuring the smooth running of essential building services across the campus, working closely with our Engineering Lead, Facilities Manager, and wider Sodexo team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and proven team management experience, looking to take ownership of a critical service in a, and plant engineering with formal qualifications and relevant experience within a defined discipline, e.g. electrical, mechanical or similar.Previous appointment as Authorised Person for one or more of the following disciplines, LV, Mechanical Services, Confined Spaces, Boiler and Pressure Systems or similarExperience working within or around World Heritage Listed properties, buildings and environmentsExcellent communications both written and verbal.Numerate and computer literate.Previous experience of managing a team of engineersDesirable:Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical InstallationsLevel 3 Award in the Initial Verification and Certification of Electrical InstallationsMembership of Institute of Leadership and ManagementIOSH Managing SafetyEmergency first aid qualificationIOSH Managing SafetyWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.You'll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you'll
