Maintenance Specification Surveyor

You'll shape how thousands of homes are maintained, before work even starts. Instead of fixing the same problems again and again, you'll design clear, future-focused specifications that help teams and contractors get it right first time. What you'll do

· Review and redesign maintenance specifications to make them clear, consistent, and future focused.

· Act as the go-to expert for colleagues across development, delivery, and planned maintenance teams.

· Build and manage robust specifications using NBS Chorus for group-wide use.

· Embed maintenance thinking into new projects, products, and delivery models.

· Champion standardisation that improves quality, compliance, and customer experience.

· A degree in construction or built environment, or equivalent practical experience.

· Strong knowledge of repairs, maintenance, and building regulations.

· Experience working with specifications, contracts, and technical information.

· Confidence working collaboratively and constructively challenging ideas.
