About this Role

Looking for a plumbing role that gives you a better work-life balance?

Join our College Estates team as a Maintenance Plumber and put your plumbing and heating expertise to work in a role that offers something increasingly valuable in the industry - set working hours, paid annual leave and a stable working environment.

You'll support our College sites by carrying out planned and reactive plumbing and heating maintenance, fault finding and repairs, as well as supporting smaller installation projects. Your work will help ensure our buildings are safe, efficient and well maintained for students and staff.

You'll also benefit from:

  • The option to buy an additional 5 days' holiday

  • Bank Holidays and College Christmas Closure in addition to your annual leave

  • People's Pension, including an employer contribution of 4-5%
