Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Coordinator at our Mitcham site ensures the safe and reliable operation of site plant and equipment by applying strong technical engineering knowledge to plan, prioritise, and coordinate all maintenance activities. The role builds and manages maintenance schedules, develops technically accurate work packs, and ensures that preventative, corrective, and regulatory tasks are fully prepared and executed to the required engineering standards. Acting as the central link between Engineering, Reliability, Operations, and contractors, the Maintenance Coordinator ensures maintenance work is properly scoped, risk assessed, resourced, and recorded driving equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset reliability.

• Time served Engineer
• SME for CMMS systems (IDhammar, SAP, Shire)
• Considerable knowledge and experience in manufacturing engineering
• Experience in regulated maintenance environment
• NVQ level 2 in Engineering discipline
• Effective verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience of Permit to work systemsContractor Management
• Must be flexible with hours when required to meet the needs of the business
• Able to self-manage and prioritise own workload to satisfy commitments and meet agreed deadlines
