A minimum of 12 months on your right to work Include any additional requirements in terms of experience, driving etc Available to work 40 hours per week A day in the life of a Maintenance Person You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows. If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with
our head office, The role of a Maintenance Person at Agincare Homes Holdings is pivotal in ensuring the safety and upkeep of the care home. You will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds according to health and safety standards. Your daily tasks would involve assessing and performing repairs, including painting, decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and repairs of doors and windows. If certain repairs cannot be handled internally, you will coordinate with the head office to bring in external contractors. The safety of residents is of utmost importance, and you will ensure work is completed and documented per legislative and regulatory requirements.
