A minimum of 12 months on your right to work This position will be working 36 hours per week, to include alternate weekends You must have access to your own vehicle and have experience working in a maintenance position A day in the life of a Maintenance Person You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements You will assess and undertake repairs including painting
and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows., As an Agincare maintenance person, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and upkeep of our care home facilities. This includes performing repairs in areas such as painting, decorating, and grounds maintenance. If repairs cannot be completed internally, you'll work with our head office to contract external services. Safety is paramount, making sure our residents are safe and that work is performed according to regulations. This role requires you to work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
