Maintenance Operative - Whitbarrow - Maintenance & Grounds

We're looking for a practical and proactive Maintenance Operative to help keep our holiday park and accommodation in top condition. You'll carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks and play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.,

• Handle general building and maintenance tasks across our Resort and park facilities, from plumbing to Joinery (depending on your skills)
• Maintain, clean, and service hot tubs (including water testing and treatment)
• Provide excellent guest service by resolving queries quickly and minimising disruptions to their stay
• Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free while reporting or addressing issues promptly
• Carry out repairs and planned maintenance to a high standard, following health & safety guidelines
  
  Experience in general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting)
• Knowledge of hot tub care and maintenance (preferred, but training can be given)
• A problem-solving, can-do attitude with good attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team
