ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Maintenance, The Maintenance Operative role at Avery Healthcare involves ensuring that the building and grounds are well maintained through a variety of routine maintenance tasks and applying basic repairs to equipment and systems. You will carry out all general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, joinery, and building tasks both inside and outside the Home. Responsibilities also include supporting new residents to arrange their room, ensuring routine re-decoration as required, advising on the quality and timely ordering of replacement goods, and providing out of hours emergency service as part of the on-call rota.
