Cygnet Group is seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Maintenance Operative to join our team at Cygnet Elowen Hospital. In this important role, you'll help ensure our hospital remains safe, secure and well maintained, creating the best possible environment for the people in our care, our colleagues and visitors. This is a rewarding opportunity for a practical and proactive individual who takes pride in their work. From carrying out repairs and routine maintenance to helping maintain a high-quality healthcare environment, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the hospital and contributing to positive patient experiences. Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday only, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance with no weekend working. Choose from either an 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm shift pattern, providing consistency and flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
