undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services ap, The Maintenance Operative position at Avery Healthcare involves maintaining the building and grounds of Seagrave House Care Home in Corby. The role requires ensuring facilities are fully functional through a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, and applying basic fixes to equipment and systems. Responsibilities include carrying out general maintenance tasks and basic repairs, supporting new residents in arranging their rooms, ensuring routine re-decoration, advising on supply and quality of items needed for tasks, and providing out-of-hours emergency service by participating in the on-call rota. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one years experience in a general maintenance role or hold a professional qualification in a trade, possess a full driving licence, have knowledge of Health and Safety, and show adaptability.
