If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you! ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Maintenance Operative will be to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking
a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services applying basic fixes to equipment and systems whilst ensuring facilities are fully functional., At Avery Healthcare, maintaining high standards of care is paramount. The role of a Maintenance Operative involves ensuring the building and grounds are well-maintained. You will be a part of a dedicated team, working to support the operational efficiency of the care home. Your core tasks will include undertaking routine maintenance tasks, basic repairs, and inspections to ensure systems are functional. You will also assist residents in personalizing their rooms, and ensure decoration is up to the expected standards. We pride ourselves on our supportive environment encouraging learning and development. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year's experience in general maintenance and knowledge of health and safety standards including COSHH assessments.
