in-role training Your working hours Full-time contract, 150 contracted hours per 4-week period Shifts fall between 7:00am to 10:00pm This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays About you NVQ Level 3 in either Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent Skilled in management and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management Effective communication at all levels Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision Our values Each colleague at Center Parcs is involved in building better worlds for our guests, colleagues, communities and our environment.
