Salary: £44,143.67Location:Longmoor Camp, Liss, Hampshire, GU33 6ELTravel Required: This regional role will require occasional travel within the South East area.Landmarc Support Services, a leading facilities management company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their dedicated team based at Longmoor Training Camp.As the Maintenance Manager you will manage a team to ensure compliance across all sites they are responsible for. The successful applicant will have an excellent understanding of work scheduling, health & safety, compliance and managing KPIs.Main ResponsibilitiesManage reactive and PPM tasks, adhering to the relevant deadlinesLead and manage a team, ensuring performance, safety, and complianceOversee Hard FM across the South East regionSchedule and manage maintenance tasks (planned and reactive)Manage contractors and ensure timely task completionEnsure compliance with CDM regulations, Building regulations, and safety standardsWrite contract specifications and manage contractors across multiple sitesMaintain and update asset records using IT and paper systemsManage KPIsThe Ideal CandidateKnowledge of property maintenanceAbility to benchmark quotes prior to approvalStrong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading successful teamsExcellent understanding of Health & Safety (COSHH, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely)Understanding of workload scheduling and work order processesGood working knowledge of Excel, reporting and CAFAM systemsFamiliarity with SFG20 and budget managementWillingness to travel and participate in on-call dutiesFull Valid UK driving licence is essentialWhy Join Us?At Landmarc, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.
