Full Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring statutory compliance across a portfolio of properties, with a strong focus on M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) services., Managing statutory compliance contracts across multiple sites

Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities

Ensuring all works meet compliance and safety standards

Conducting site visits and quality checks

Liaising with contractors and internal stakeholders

Monitoring performance and driving service improvements

Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of M&E services

Experience managing statutory compliance contracts

Ability to manage contractors and site-based activities

Good organisational and communication skills, This is a solid opportunity for an experienced Maintenance professional to step into a well-structured role with a good balance of office and site work.
