From minor repairs to overseeing health and safety compliance, your work will directly impact the quality of life for those we care for.Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Excellence: Utilise your experience in maintenance, building, DIY, and housekeeping to keep our facilities in top condition, ensuring residents enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.Health & Safety Focus: Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant health and safety regulations, implementing procedures to uphold compliance and protect our residents and staff.Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, with attention to detail and precision.Communication Skills: Engage with residents, families, and colleagues warmly and respectfully, providing clear and helpful communication to address maintenance needs and concerns.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to prioritise tasks, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.

Maintenance Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance role or strong handyman skills, coupled with a proactive and can-do attitude to tackle tasks both big and small.Health & Safety Knowledge: Good understanding of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to upholding compliance standards to ensure the safety of our residents and team members.Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.IT Proficiency: Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Word and email, to support administrative tasks and communication effectively.
