Maintenance Inspector

As our Maintenance Inspector, your expertise will help ensure our homes are maintained to a high standard by delivering an effective, customer-focused inspection service. You'll work closely with tenants, contractors and colleagues to identify repair needs, monitor works and ensure maintenance services provide the best possible outcomes for our communities., Our ideal candidate shares our mutual values and is passionate about working in partnership with tenants. For this role, you must have experience of experience of planning and managing day to day inspections and producing specifications of works. You have estimated the scope, cost and duration of works and monitoring relevant budgets as well has have worked with tenants, the public and other customers on a daily basis. You'll have experience of delivering, developing and managing customer driven services as well as have managed responsive and maintenance works on residential properties.

If you have worked in a Housing association that would be an advantage but its not essential

As our new Maintenance Inspector, you'll inspect our homes and investigate repair and maintenance issues, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You'll produce specifications of works, oversee contractors, manage maintenance projects and act as a key point of contact for tenants throughout the repair process.

Working as part of our Homes and Places team, you'll help ensure resources are deployed effectively, maintenance services perform well and our homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
