you will:Respond swiftly and safely to plant breakdowns, delivering high-quality repairsImplement permanent solutions for temporary fixes to improve long-term reliabilityDrive enhancements in plant performance and proactive maintenanceContribute to the development and continuous improvement of our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Maintain accurate safety documentation and support root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring failures WhatWe'reLooking For You'rean experienced mechanical maintenance professional with a passion for engineering excellence.You'llbring:Demonstrable experience in a similar maintenance role, including fabrication and weldingStrong knowledge of maintenance practices-hydraulics and pneumatics experience a plusApprentice-trained Level 3, ONC/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with TPM methodology, Continuous Improvement, and predictive maintenanceExperience using CMMS systems and confidence in Root Cause
