We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in heating, chilled, ventilation, and BMS systems, who is committed to safety, quality, and technical excellence. you.What You'll Do:Responsible for responding to and correctly filling out issued dockets for day to day tasksStrong understanding of Heating, Chilled Systems, Ventilation, and BMS Systems within a healthcare environmentSkilled in installation, repair, fault finding, and diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building energy management systemsAbility to work safely in compliance with health and safety regulations, including working at heights and using relevant tools and equipmentCapable of working independently, including on call duties and driving the company vehicle as requiredKnowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and commitment to health and safety standardsProven ability to respond promptly to breakdowns and participate in scheduled response systemsWhat You Bring:NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Mechanical Engineering and Building ServicesWilling to learn and go on courses to add to current qualificationsExperience in healthcare or large, complex sites is an
