This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a semi-skilled maintenance technician or a good all-rounder with Fabric maintenance skills to get involved and join a team of building services maintenance engineers working at a high-profile commercial maintenance contract located across a large campus facility. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Fabric Technician
- Daily inspection of lighting
Good all-round Fabric Technician skills and practical minded - Familiar with using hand tools and basic power tools.
- If you had some electrical, plumbing, carpentry or decorating skills that would be great.
- Experienced Fabric Technician with Mechanical or Electrical plant and equipment would be perfect.
- Ability to drive. This is a busy commercial facility, lots to keep a Fabric Technician involved and there is a full resident engineering team put in place with full management backup and administrative support.
