- Cycle to work scheme What you'll be doing You'll be responsible for keeping the site running smoothly and safely. Day to day, that means:
- Carrying out planned maintenance on electrical and control systems
- Finding and fixing faults quickly to keep downtime to a minimum
- Working on motors, drives, PLCs, panels, sensors and more
- Supporting condition monitoring like thermography and vibration checks
- Getting involved in installs, testing, and inspection work
- Helping to improve reliability and reduce recurring issues
- Keeping maintenance records up to date in the CMMS
- Working closely with production and the wider engineering team
- Occasionally covering shifts when needed

Minimum of a Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Engineering - Confident with fault finding and problem solving
- Experienced with industrial electrical systems (PLCs, drives, panels, etc.)
- Familiar with PPM systems and general maintenance practices
- Safety-conscious and a good team player
