  • What you'll be doing You'll be responsible for keeping the site running smoothly and safely. Day to day, that means:
  • Carrying out planned maintenance on electrical and control systems
  • Finding and fixing faults quickly to keep downtime to a minimum
  • Working on motors, drives, PLCs, panels, sensors and more
  • Supporting condition monitoring like thermography and vibration checks
  • Getting involved in installs, testing, and inspection work
  • Helping to improve reliability and reduce recurring issues
  • Keeping maintenance records up to date in the CMMS
  • Working closely with production and the wider engineering team
  • Occasionally covering shifts when needed

    Minimum of a Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Confident with fault finding and problem solving
  • Experienced with industrial electrical systems (PLCs, drives, panels, etc.)
  • Familiar with PPM systems and general maintenance practices
  • Safety-conscious and a good team player
