Salary: Competitive + Benefits Shift Options Available (choose one): Rotating Mornings/Afternoons: Mornings: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am) Afternoons: 1:30pm - 9:30pm (Friday: 11:00am - 4:00pm) OR Weekend Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm About the Role Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Technical Ceramics site in Stourport-on-Severn. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, supporting preventative maintenance activities, and helping to ensure our manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and site facilities.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Maintain equipment including kilns, grinders, ball mills, compressors, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems.
  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and improvements.
  • Assist with general facilities maintenance as required.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimise downtime and improve reliability.
  • About You Essential:
  • Apprentice-trained engineer or equivalent engineering qualification.
  • Mechanical maintenance experience with electrical qualifications to 17th Edition.
  • C&G 236 Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience maintaining manufacturing or production machinery.
  • Experience working at height (cherry picker licence advantageous).
  • Knowledge of health & safety and manual handling requirements.
