- Rotating Mornings/Afternoons: Mornings: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am) Afternoons: 1:30pm - 9:30pm (Friday: 11:00am - 4:00pm) OR Weekend Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm About the Role Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Technical Ceramics site in Stourport-on-Severn. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, supporting preventative maintenance activities, and helping to ensure our manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and site facilities. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. Maintain equipment including kilns, grinders, ball mills, compressors, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems. Support equipment installation, commissioning, and improvements.
- Assist with general facilities maintenance as required. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimise downtime and improve reliability. About You Essential: Apprentice-trained engineer or equivalent engineering qualification. Mechanical maintenance experience with electrical qualifications to 17th Edition. C&G 236 Level 3 (or equivalent). Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Desirable: Experience maintaining manufacturing or production machinery. Experience working at height (cherry picker licence advantageous). Knowledge of health & safety and manual handling requirements. Why Join Morgan Advanced Materials?
