This is a blended hands-on engineering position. You ll operate production equipment and support the maintenance team with both planned and reactive tasks, developing your multi skilled engineering ability.
Duties include:
+ Assisting in routine and breakdown maintenance
+ Learning and applying hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
+ Supporting production line efficiency and equipment reliability
+ Working alongside senior engineers to build your experience
What You ll Need:
+ Basic engineering or maintenance experience ideally gained in manufacturing or production
+ Apprentice trained or qualified to NVQ / City & Guilds level (Electrical or Mechanical)
+ A strong interest in building your multi skilled maintenance knowledge
+ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
