This role as a Maintenance Assistant/Groundsman at Dunnock View in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, provides an opportunity to join a dedicated team and contribute to creating a well-presented and safe environment for vulnerable individuals. The role involves a range of maintenance-related tasks, including ensuring facilities are fit for purpose, gardening, and conducting regular audits to identify and repair any faults., As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the services facilities are fit for purpose, gardening and will regularly conduct audits to identify and repair any faults ensuring a safe environment for service users, staff and visitors. Working alongside an established team, you will turn your hand to all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service. You'll receive all necessary training to get you started and join the dedicated team, where you can make a positive difference and be part of changing lives for the better.
