Maintenance Assistant

• Assisting with ensuring that the service, buildings, facilities and equipment are maintained and fit for purpose.
• Utilising good DIY skills to ensure safety of service users.
• Assisting in regular checks and maintenance.
• Assisting in the repair and maintenance of all buildings.
• Assisting in all decorating.
• Reporting all faults and defects to management
• Coordinating and supporting contractors whilst on site and completing of all paperwork and tool checks.
  
  Have previous experience within a maintenance role.
• To work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Show courtesy and respect to patients at all times to ensure that they enjoy the highest quality of service., Previous experience within a maintenance role and good DIY skills.

Where you will be working: Location: Farmfield Drive, Charlwood, Surrey, RH6 0BN You will be working at Farmfield Hospital, located next to Gatwick. You'll be caring for adult men 18+ who potentially have a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and challenging behaviours.
