Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Gillingham, Kent Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts) Shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00/ 22:00 - 06:00 Pay Rate: £12.71 (days) & £13.37 (nights) Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our team based in Gillingham, Kent. This role involves working on a rotating shift pattern and supporting the smooth operation of machinery within a busy warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Keeping machines topped up with the necessary supplies
Ensuring machines are clear, operational, and free from blockages
Separating supplies correctly and preventing line mix-ups
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Reporting any issues or faults promptly
Supporting overall warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Requirements: Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
A proactive and reliable approach to work
